Workbook Review Plan
How is this tool used?
At LT Group, together with our clients, we have established a model for effective turnaround. We have developed a Workbook Review Plan to assess readiness for turnarounds. And to ensure that best practices are implemented throughout the turnaround lifecycle.
This workbook consists of four reviews. These can be conducted separately. During these reviews, experienced LT Group turnaround staff look at all strategic decisions and tactical activities required to ensure a successful turnaround from an external perspective.
What does this mean for your business?

This methodology has enabled the most cost-efficient and incident-free turnarounds. The reviews are structured around 12 key points during the turnaround lifecycle. They provide value for the entire company by:
- identify potential problems and performance gaps early on
- aligning team members with each other and with management goals
- develop a detailed, targeted action plan
