The search is on! Once your profile is complete and the objectives are clear, we will start looking for your perfect job together. Then all you have to do is apply.
Talent scouting is not only interesting for professionals or job-seeking starters, but also for employers. Together with our clients, we look at who is available and who best suits the organisation.

LT Group is always looking for new talents! Our goal is to find the job where you feel completely at home. And if we your career opportunities have examined, we will help you strengthen your competences. Have you become curious? Then read on to find out how we work!
1. Send CV
Once you have sent us your CV, we will start working on it immediately. At the same time you schedule the first orientation interview below.
2. Getting acquainted
We get to know you, look at your ability to think, work and drive. We also explain what you can expect from us and we from you.
3. Reflection
After the first interview, we decide whether to invest in you. But, it's not just about you! You also decide whether you want to continue with us. "IT'S A TWO WAY STREET"
4. Research and mission
We invest in a personality assessment and ask you to complete a small assignment about yourself. "WE ARE GOING INTO BUSINESS TOGETHER!"
5. Second selection interview
Good news! We have found potential employers with a bright future plan for you. It's up to you to apply and land the job!
6. Profile
After the second interview, we make a profile of you. We create a general CV, write out your capabilities, which we go through over the phone.
7. Roadmap
After building your profile, we set up a step-by-step plan. In this plan, we look at how and where we will place you in the market.

We won't let you go though! Because we like to guide you so that you can develop further. As a person and in the market.
