Planners in Engineering: A Complete Education for the Future
Together with our partner DNM B.V., we have joined forces to develop a complete training programme for future work planners in the engineering sector. Our updated "Work Planner in Engineering" course is specially designed for beginners and provides a solid foundation, where theory and practice go hand in hand. We are also developing a comprehensive learning line that guides you step by step from junior to senior work planner, with opportunities for specialisations such as project management and calculation.
With this learning line, we not only want to meet the increasing demand for work planners, but also contribute to a better connection of new talent to the Dutch technical labour market.
Our learning line for Planners
Our Work Planner Apprenticeship offers a complete training programme, from beginner to expert, specifically designed for the technical sector. With courses ranging from Junior to Senior Work Planner and specialisations such as project management and calculation, we prepare you for every stage of your career. Whether you are just starting out or already have experience, this curriculum provides the knowledge and skills you need to be successful in the role of work planner.
- Junior Work Planner (Entry level)
This course provides a solid foundation in engineering, with a focus on the essential tasks of a work planner. You will learn the basics of reading technical drawings, understanding materials and processes, and preparing project schedules. Ideal for those who want to start without experience and quickly move into a role within the engineering sector. - Medior Work Planner (NLQF level 4)
Delve into project management, technical expertise and communication skills. This course is ideal for professionals with some experience who want to sharpen their skills and take the next step in their career. - Senior Work Planner (NLQF level 5)
Develop strategic skills in leadership, complex project planning and cost management. This course will prepare you for a leadership role within technical projects and give you the tools to manage teams and processes effectively. - Specialisation courses (NLQF level 6)

Classroom training
In our classroom training, employees follow lessons in a group setting. With employees from their own organisation or other companies. For most participants, this is a familiar and trusted method.
