The task
High availability and reliability of terminals and the distribution network are crucial in this respect. In order for the maintenance organisation to guarantee this availability, a well-functioning asset management system is of great importance.
In this context, the organisation has been working on the functionality of its systems, and there has been a lot of focus on new compliance requirements and life cycle engineering.
The approach
LT Consultancy offered support with its Capability Maturity Model (CMM) in assessing the extent to which the organisation was 'in control' of these issues.
On the basis of CMM, a first indication was made of the current and intended professionalism level of the organisation. Next, using the CMM process map, an assessment was made of the extent to which the work processes were actually well managed. On this basis, the level of professionalism (maturity) could be determined. As well as discussing with the organisation what the realistic next steps would be to develop their organisation further in this respect.

LT Consultancy brought in its knowledge to make a translation to the organisation with which building blocks the functionality of its systems could be further developed. This led to good coordination in order to set up work processes as PDAC circles and thus to sharpen the line-of-sight and further improve the action radius.
