My name is Leonor Pacheco, and I am an HR and Finance assistant at LT Group. My tasks include assisting the recruitment team behind our hirings and optimize the administration and financial operations of our back office.
I am originally from Portugal but after living and studying in the Netherlands for three years I can safely say I feel at home here. I have completed my master studies, in 2021, in the field of Cultural Economics and Entrepreneurship, at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Previously to this, I did my bachelor in the field of Economics, in Portugal. During these years I was also an exchange student, in Poland, at the University of Warsaw. This experience sharpened my intercultural communication skills and contributed to my personal growth.
I have a diverse work background, which has contributed to my polyvalent set of competencies. For instance, I worked for a year in an international NGO where I gained experience in project management and external relations. I intend to use what I learn there and add value to the new stage of international expansion of LT Group.
In addition to this, my core ambition is to create connections between people and bring them closer. I believe together we can be better and stronger. I hope I can bring this mindset into the LT family and evolve, not only as an individual, but also as a company.
