Wanted: Sr. Project Manager

Are you an experienced and driven project leader or project manager and do you get energy to realise a project with a team? And do you have much or little experience? Our client is looking for new colleagues for various locations in the Netherlands! You will be working in a complex industrial environment. Depending on your knowledge and experience, you will manage one or more (multidisciplinary) projects. You are responsible for and the contact person for one or more accounts in an area. You work within the agreements of complex project contracts or assignments within frame contracts.

• Motivating employees to work safely and with quality.
• Involved in the preparation and handover of the project.
• From the commercial phase onwards, you are responsible for the realisation; together with your team, you determine the strategic actions to manage the objectives and risks.
• Discussing progress and contractual issues with the customer.
• Reporting the progress and financial results to your manager.
• Eye for the mutual interests of the customer and our client.
• Maintain contact with the customer, subcontractor and your colleagues and build a long-term relationship.
• Working on the constant improvement of efficient, profitable and safe operations.

• Completed hbo education in a technical direction.
• Result-oriented, without losing sight of the human dimension.
• Communicative and managerial skills.
• Command of both the Dutch and English languages.
• Experience within the industry is an advantage.
