Wanted: Project Manager KLP

As a project leader, you work on challenging technical projects within the utility industry. Although you manage the project team and have the final responsibility, our close-knit team is the key to success. That is why you work intensively with colleagues and keep in close contact with clients, contractors and subcontractors. From quotation to completion - and often beyond - you are the point of contact for them all.

In this role, you are also responsible for budgets and schedules and you do not shy away from a complex puzzle. In fact, it gives you energy to perfectly coordinate all disciplines within the project. The fact that clients keep asking you back for new projects is the best compliment you can get.

• Motivating employees to work safely and with quality.
• Involved in the preparation and handover of the project.
• From the commercial phase onwards, you are responsible for the realisation; together with your team, you determine the strategic actions to manage the objectives and risks.
• Discussing progress and contractual issues with the customer.
• Reporting the progress and financial results to your manager.
• Eye for the mutual interests of the customer and our client.
• Maintain contact with the customer, subcontractor and your colleagues and build a long-term relationship.
• Working on the constant improvement of efficient, profitable and safe operations.
