Your role as ...
The HSE manager deals with setting up, implementing and/or improving the operational (HSE) processes within our Business Unit. You are the specialist in the HSE field, preferably with experience in our industry, and monitor our performance in this respect. You advise and are part of the management team, you are the point of contact for the West Netherlands region and, together with two colleagues, you implement the HSE policy nationwide, you are a driving force during audits and a point of contact for the club.

Job requirements
- You have a completed technical or HSE education at college or university level
- You have more than 5 years of experience within the HSE field (organisational, technical and human)
- Additional training in the field of Higher Safety Studies and/or a master's degree in Safety Health & Environment.
- You are proactive, strategic thinker and flexible in your dealings
- It is an advantage if you have experience with contaminated soil.
