Do you get energy from working together and do you find it a challenge to realise a project in time? Do you want every day to be different and do you like to switch fast?

In your job, you have your feet in the clay on the one hand; in other words, you spend a lot of time outside on site. In addition, you will be inside to ensure that the projects can proceed according to plan. From leading your team(s) and dealing with major responsibilities. To coordinating projects and attending meetings and kick-offs. Time certainly doesn't stand still: you develop in different areas and get the chance to grow into a fully-fledged Superintendent/Project Leader and possibly more. An excursion to another field is also a possibility.

You start by getting to know our organisation and the customer. Depending on your experience, education and background, you will soon have your own tasks and (managerial) responsibilities at the level of Superintendent.

In time, you and your colleagues will be responsible for the complete implementation and delivery of various projects. You will develop in all areas and in the coming years you will have the opportunity to grow into a fully-fledged Project Leader. We will draw up a tailor-made support and training plan for you in which you will be actively guided.

• You regularly check the execution of the work and the correct use of materials.
• You take care of the financial side of the projects.
• You prepare quotations and orders in cooperation with your colleagues.
• You draw up the personnel and material planning and monitor the progress of this.
• You manage various groups led by different foremen, you deploy staff well.
• You are a discussion partner for customers, subcontractors, third parties and colleagues at the plant and within our client.
• You consult and report on the delegated tasks to the direct supervisor.

• A completed higher professional education (hbo) degree in a technical direction.
• Several years of work experience in a similar position or at the level of Work Planner or Superintendent.
• In possession of a VCA or willing to obtain one.
• Practical minded and goes for 'doing' rather than 'telling stories'.
• Command of both the Dutch and English languages.
